Your protections this winter
Dear Marisol Herrera,
We will not disconnect residential gas service for non-payment when the temperature is forecast to be at or below freezing. If someone in your home is seriously ill, a physician’s statement can delay disconnection while you set up a payment agreement.
Energy assistance is available through local agencies. Call (979) 555-0100 and we will help you apply.
